It's only been 3 days since I've received the walking pad and it been amazing. The belts keeps needing to be adjusted regularly during its use but it's been a great experience so far. The app is too crowded with ads and unwanted updates from people who use the app. I prefer a clean home app so I've been using only the remote.
Nice treadmill. The belt moves a lot. I'm still working on how to get that to stay where it needs to be. Son did complain that the belt jumped forward while he was running but I have not experienced that myself.
I ordered a replacement remote control. It took almost two months to get it. However, Customer Service did give me a $10 refund for my inconvenience. I would suggest that Customer Service be more informative regarding any delays in delivery. In two phone calls to the company, they never gave me any information regarding the delay. I love the thread mill; it works great.

The pad arrived when expected and was easy enough to set up. I don't love that it requires an app just to be able to turn it on, especially when it comes with a remote. Why can't the remote work to turn on the pad? My only other complaint is that the beeping for turning it on or changing the speed is obnoxiously loud. I cannot use this pad in the morning without risking waking up my household.
