just what the wife needed
I am so far enjoying the treadmill. The only issue I have is with the Pitpat app. It is not syncing properly at all uses. I have called customer service and did not receive a proper fix. I am not too concerned as my main goal is just to walk so it's not a big deal at this time. It may become more of an issue once I become more advanced and want to utilize the app.
I’m loving it!! Perfect size for my space, very quiet and I’m safe.
I’m 55 female and was able to unbox, plug in and begin using right away! It slides under a table behind our couch when I’m not using it. When I want to walk I slide it out and start. So easy. I like that it’s quiet and I can see myself using it regularly.
I had done a bit of research before buying one of these, and this is a perfect model in that it does have an incline feature and supports a heavier person (I'm 260). The only issue I have is that the walking portion is super thin. I have a wide walking stance and my feet are constantly hitting the plastic stationary guard, and I've about fallen multiple times. As long as I look down and walk as if I'm a model on a runway then I'm fine, but it does suck that this is so thin. Otherwise, I love the flexibility of this and the ease of setup/use.
