I was impressed with the quality of the treadmill, and have enjoyed using it. However, I did not receive the mat thatbI ordered with it.
I love my new walking pad. It's attractive in its rose gold color, it's easy to use and does exactly what I wanted it to do. Since I chose to use the walking pad without wifi and the associated app, it's uncomplicated and simply works. I did have to get customer service to walk me through the setup sequence on the remote to use it without wifi, but they were very nice and responsive. Now I can get my daily walks in while watching ballgames or TV shows, making the walk time more enjoyable.
Came ready to use right out of the box, I’ve been using it everyday for an hour and loving it!
I just purchased the A1 Pro. I love it. I've used it in my living room with full carpet, had no issues. Also used it in my bedroom room on hardwood floors, no scratches on the floor when moving it. I will say it was extremely heavy I couldn't move it into my home after delivery by myself, even with help it was still heavy, I couldn't unbox it by my self either. Other than that product works great! Very pleased! I'm definitely looking at other products to buy!
